Hoojoor is a digital local shopping marketplace. This marketplace has several rules. Things a buyer and seller need to know. All those terms and conditions are given below.

1. Hoojoor is a digital marketplace. So it may take more time to deliver the items ordered by the customers. (eg – few hours to few days)

2. If any item is broken while buying and selling the item to the customer. Then it is taken as compensation from the seller.

3. If the customer’s order originates from such a location. Where we have no way to reach. We cannot take that order.

5. It is the responsibility of every book seller to ensure that the book reaches the customer in good condition. Keep a close eye on that.

6. If a book reaches the customer in torn condition. Then his compensation has to be paid by the seller of that book. So the seller should always ensure that the book does not go to the customer in a torn state.

7. Every book or any item is priced. According to the bookseller’s own account. hoojoor.com does not set the price of any book as binding.

8. If a product has a return policy, exchange policy or cancellation policy. Then they should be followed. Customer and seller.

9. If a customer has made an advance payment for the purchase of goods. and that the product complies with all the terms of the order. Canceled, exchanged or returned from that customer. Then the seller has to return that advance payment as per the policy rules.

10. For a seller to sell through “hoojoor.com”. All policies here must be followed.

11. Here the seller can deliver the customer’s order as per his wish. The seller can deliver the product to the customer on his own responsibility or with the help of this marketplace.

12. From here the seller can withdraw money for himself according to the account of the goods sold. This is only possible when “hoojoor.com” orders as per rules.

13. When a seller adds a product. Then there must be an order for the sale of that product. Also good quality photos, description, tags, price. All these rules must come down.

14. Very simply because products can be sold here. Hence, “hoojoor.com” has to pay some percentage commission on every product sale here.

15. Dependent on the sale of the product in accordance with the rules of the seller. “hoojoor” pays fixed amount to seller’s wallet or account as per rules.

16. “hoojoor” does not supply any seller’s products. All these responsibilities rest with the seller of the product. “hoojoor” only helps to deliver the seller’s product to the customer.

17. When a product is couriered to reach the customer through “hoojoor”. Then if the product goes bad while it is in the courier. Then “hoojoor” is not responsible. This responsibility rests entirely on the seller’s packaging of the product. So good packaging of the product is very important.

18. If a seller wants to sell products through “hoojoor.com”. Then no separate money is required. The commission is based on the sale of the product only.

19. Home delivery charges for any product. Depending on different pin codes, states or a country. Home delivery charges may increase or decrease depending on location and country.

20. A seller’s product will be approved only then. When the product image, description, category and other important information are well provided.

21. A vendor will be approved only then. While the store name, email address, phone number, store image and more important information will be provided well.

22. “hoojoor” if a vendor’s product. Helps reach customers. Then that vendor has to pay packaging cost, delivery cost and commission as per rules.

23. Vendors can only sell books through “hoojoor.com”. Moreover, other products cannot be sold.

24. If “hoojoor.com” has any kind of technical problem. Then the vendors have to accept them.
